Maria Ingold has been studying Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching and Hypnosis since 2007. She uses these skills as part of any project she builds, to manage change and encourage corporate growth.

These skills also form the foundation for her personal development programme, The Sleeping Butterfly Effect, which encourages personal growth and transformation. This programme is also extended to assist with goal-setting for the advancement of women in technology. The butterfly awakens to discover its true potential and with a single flap of its wings changes not only itself, but the world around it.

Maria has 22 years of experience across interactive multimedia, games, TV and film. She is also a technical consultant in video on demand, a TV and film judge for BAFTA, an artist and is publishing a novel.
