Maria Ingold has been speaking at worldwide conferences on technology since 1991. She originally spoke on the beginnings of 32-bit operating systems and multimedia. Now she is a recognised expert (VOD Professional's Top 50 most influential in UK New Television) in the delivery of premium on-demand delivery (including DECE/UltraViolet). Maria also speaks on encouraging more women into and advancing through technology. These talks tie in with her personal development seminars called The Sleeping Butterfly Effect. The butterfly awakens to discover its true potential and with a single flap of its wings changes not only itself, but the world around it.

Maria has 22 years of experience across interactive multimedia, games, TV and film. She is also a technical consultant in video on demand, a TV and film judge for BAFTA, an artist and is publishing a novel.
